before-and-after-pictures:

I just wanted to share my progress with you - I am 5’10” - The first set of photos is me in April at 195 pounds. I just took these recent photos and I am now 175 pounds. The most exciting thing for me aside from getting smaller and more toned is getting my stomach back - it has always been my favorite part of my body and when I was heavier I was devastated that I lost it and couldn’t even suck my stomach in. The other is that the back fat is slowly but surely going away. I have been doing low carb healthy and walking. I have a ways to go but I feel like I am in a completely different world than when I started a couple of months ago. Thanks for posting!! :)

Put the cokes, energy drinks, and all that nasty stuff away people!
The negative aspect of energy drinks and sodas;
A contributor to today’s obesity epidemic
140 calories that are all attributed to sugar
People who drinks sodas tend to consume more calories per day than those who do not and typically experience weight gain.
Linked to pancreatic cancer, diabetes, and heart disease!
Lower calcium levels which are linked to osteoporosis (because the acid and caffine)
Phosphoric Acid eats away at the enamel of your teeth
& don’t think the “diet” version is okay because it has less sugar! It still has the phosphoric acid with non-nutritive sweeteners leading to more enamel erosion.
WATER! WATER! WATER! Or H2O for the science lovers ;D

this is why I never drink soda or energy drinks

water water water, or trying sparkling water and lemon!
